In her role, McKell oversees cash application and AR operations across a constantly growing organization. With new companies joining the business regularly, her team is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining accuracy and consistency across payments.
She also leads a team of 23 AR professionals, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term process improvements. As volume increases month over month, even small inefficiencies can quickly compound—making scalable workflows essential.
One of McKell’s biggest challenges is communication. With a centralized AR function supporting multiple branches and customers, clearly sharing discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently is always top of mind.
