BillGO is excited to announce that Prism, our award-winning, consumer-facing bill pay app, is getting a facelift in just a few months!
During these uncertain times, a smooth bill pay experience is more important than ever to promote consumers’ financial health and peace of mind. So we’re harnessing the power of speed, choice, and intelligence to serve up a modernized version of the app Prism users already know and love. The refreshed app will boast a crisp new look and feel, enhanced experience, and increased functionality, making it easier than ever for users to quickly manage all their bills in one place.
Rest assured, users' favorite Prism features aren’t going anywhere. On the contrary, we’re adding elements that will help them quickly capture their bill pay “big picture” and never miss a bill again. They asked, we listened: Prism user feedback played a critical role during the development process. What’s more, we’ll continue to capture their insights during our upcoming beta testing phase.

Meanwhile, we're also doubling down on our support of new and existing billers.”

Here’s a sneak-peek at just some of the exciting updates coming with the Prism app relaunch:
- A fresh, streamlined experience: The relaunched app will make it even easier for users to see how much money they have coming in and going out, with quick-action buttons that allow them to link new billers, schedule payments, and more with a simple tap.
- New bill pay action center: The new app will showcase all of a user’s bill pay action items on one screen. Users also will be able to view, modify, and pay multiple bills at once. Think of it like a bill pay command center for their fingertips.
- Convenient expense summary: We’ll help users visualize where their money is going each month by sorting payments into classic budgeting categories.
- Quicker onboarding: We’re cutting the account set-up process in half to streamline enrollment. The result? New Prism users will experience bill pay magic even sooner!
And while our app team is working hard on the refresh, we also have a dedicated team of engineers working under the hood to support more new billers and improve the support of existing ones.
A collaborative process made easy
Prism wouldn’t be around without the support, loyalty, and helpful feedback of its users. That’s why they have our commitment:
- We’ll keep them in the know: Users will receive updates about the new app via in-app messaging, their email, and the Prism blog. As we get closer to the relaunch date, they’ll get helpful updates about what to expect and actionable tips for making the most out of their new Prism experience.
- Their feedback is valued: Prism users’ experiences have played an integral role during the redevelopment process. We’ll be reaching out to the Prism Family looking for users to join a beta testing group for the refreshed Prism app soon.
- No-headaches migration: What do Prism users need to do once we launch the updated app? Not a thing. Their data will automatically light up with the new experience, and no new enrollment or downloads will be required.
