Novak knows the industry better than most, with years of leadership experience at companies providing business and consumer bill payment services, like Intuit’s Mint, where he was responsible for managing a team that established hundreds of biller connections. Before that, he served as Vice President of Sales at First Billing Services, where his leadership helped accelerate the company’s revenue growth and business development programs.
